Homeschooling Picnic

Hello! Just got back from a homeschooling picnic. But it wasn't much of a picnic because there was hardly anyone there! I got to met India which was very nice...and her three sisters Holly, Eloise, and Baby Sophie.

It was a huge forest ground filled with old rickity picnic tables,  buildings...and of course trees.
sitting under the huge pine tree and swinging on the rope swing was really nice...and another nice day for it all to!

Before we left i got to make a really lovely cake..here is the recipe.

1 3/4 Cup SR flour

2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut cream
50g melted butter
 1/4 cup plain flour
2 large bananas mashed
2 eggs whisked
100g frozen raspberrys

Perheat oven to 180 C. Grease and line loaf with baking paper. Sift flours together and add sugar. In separate bowl, combinded bananas, eggs, coconut cream and melted butter. Pour wet mixture into flour and sugar and stir until well combined. Then pour in 100g frozen raspberry and mix lightly.

Pour loaf into tin and cook for 45-50 minutes or until firm.

And there you have it! A lovely cake for afternoon tea.

Well now that I'm back home it feels very close to dinner time but maybe Dad will agree to kicking the ball around outside.
